Oben Holding Group promotes the creation of continuous improvement spaces where employees have the opportunity to propose projects that positively boost our production and administration processes.

Under this concept, the Continuous Improvement Fair held its 3rd edition this year at our manufacturing plant at Opp Film Peru; employees shared its continuous improvement initiatives at a two-day event held with the sponsorship from various of our providers.

To the date, Opp Film Peru’s employees have presented more than 170 continuous improvement projects that had contributed to enhancing Oben Holding Group’s efficiency, one of our main corporate values.
