In search of excellence and improvement, Oben Holding Group, held the 1st Productivity Fair in OPP Film Peru with the purpose to present our main solutions out of 43 projects implemented during 2015. This exhibition explained, in an educational way, different problems of production processes and allowed all personnel in OPP Film to understand the technical solutions found, since the simplest to the more complex ones.

Productivity Fair seeks to promote innovation and commitment through all employees so they find improvement opportunities in any circumstance of the everyday. These projects have an impact on a higher productivity, quality and cost efficiency, and participants receive recognition from the company members. Results and impact on the organization were positive so this event will be held every year. Likewise, it is on evaluation to implement it through all Oben Group’s companies.
