We would like to share with you an update on our new BOPP Plant in Colombia. We have recently finished the engineering and procurement processes and therefore we are now ready to start the construction phase which will take place in the following weeks.

The new machinery that will include among others, a 10.5 meter-wide BOPP line with a production capacity of 50,000 MT/year, and a metallizer that will produce high barrier films, have already been ordered with which we expect to start the installation during the first half of next year.

Additionally, and as a key part of this project, we have put together a new team that will lead the change in the Colombian market, offering our customers added value proposals with better lead times and a personalized service.
