Oben Holding Group received more than 40 students of the EMBA Americas program from Columbia Business School at Opp Film Peru, on December 2017. Students made a series of guided tours in order to know more about the flexible packaging industry supply chain.

The guided tour first started at Opp Film Peru, where they learned about the film manufacturing process for flexible packaging; next, they visited Amcor Peru, the main Peruvian film converting company, where they saw how films are printed and laminated, preparing them for the food flexible packaging. Finally, they went to Alicorp, the biggest food company in Peru, where they observed the food packaging process using the converted films.

At Opp Film Peru the visit concluded with a round of Q&A’s lead by the top executives at Oben Group: Alfredo Barreda – Chief Strategy Officer & Corporate VP; Erik Sosa – Chief Technical Officer and Paul Tweddle – Chief Financial Officer.
